Bengaluru beats Delhi to become car-buyers' hub
According to a Times of India report, Delhi, despite having initially recorded 33.8 lakh private cars, managed to reduce its count to 20.7 lakh by deregistering aged vehicles and scrapping many others. Bengaluru lacked a similar mechanism, resulting in a continuous influx of new cars. Consequently, our private car count has now reached 23.1 lakh.
