The body of
a Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) driver was found at Katraj Bypass Road. The driver has been identified as Gautam Machhindra
Salunkhe (in pic), a resident of Phursungi. He was working as a driver at PMPML Swargate depot for the past 2.5 years.
Cops said Salunkhe had gone to work on Saturday afternoon. He worked throughout the day on the Swargate to Dhayari route. Salunkhe did not reach home at his usual time, so his wife called him up at 1 am. He informed her that he will be reaching home in 10-15 minutes. After the conversation, Salunkhe’s wife went back to sleep. ....
