A special court on Monday convicted three men in connection with the kidnap, gangrape and murder of a software engineer in 2009.
While hearing the case , the special judge L L Yenkar also held the trio Yogesh Raut, Mahesh Thakur and Vishwas Kadam guilty of robbery, misappropriation of property (possessed by the deceased) and criminal conspiracy. ....
