The Bombay High Court on Monday issued notice to National Investigation Agency (NIA) on a plea filed by activist Gautam Navlakha, an accused in Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case, seeking regular bail.
The duo was booked along with several other co-accused under provisions of the MCOCA, Explosives Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and Information Technology Act and for criminal conspiracy among other offences.

A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court here has permitted activist Anand Teltumbde and five others, arrested in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist link case, to have a telephonic conversation with family members for three minutes.
The 71-year-old activist was arrested on August 28, 2018 for his alleged involvement in the case.
