EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash on Evansville’s east side.
Police say it happened Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot near Shoe Carnival.
”I said, ‘man! Something’s going to happen!’ And it was just seconds, he hit the light pole, ricocheted against the car,” recalled witness Randy Bagby. “He went airborne, and then the light pole just sort of teetered, and then it fell to the ground.”
