Apr 13, 2021 LISBON — In county Municipal Court, An April 19 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Michael S. Smith, 39, McCracken Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest. On Friday, Smith allegedly threatened his live-in girlfriend, Grace Roessler, telling her he was going to beat her to death, slit her throat and burn the house down. Then when deputies arrived, Smith allegedly was holding a butane torch and kicked deputies attempting to take him into custody. Amberlina N.
