Fort Ilocandia eyed as special economic zone
(PNA file photo) LAOAG CITY- The province of Ilocos Norte is eyeing recognition from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) to establish another special economic zone (SEZ) at Fort Ilocandia in Calayab village here.
