9月初軒嵐諾颱風造成新竹縣內部份農田灌溉水圳圳路受損，其中以竹北市自立圳遭暴漲溪水沖毀約100公尺影響農地灌溉面積130多公頃最為嚴重，民進黨竹北市長參選人鄭朝方昨（14日）與農田水利署新竹管理處處長林賢正現勘，為當地農民爭取盡快搶修通水。林賢正表示，災後他與相關單位會勘研商，竹北市自立圳靠近主要河川頭前溪，因溪水主流沖刷凹岸已漸掏空，為穩定供水，之後新設的水利設施應就地勢往內遷移，並請工程單位即起積極協調取...
