COVID-19 infects Iloilo City vice mayor anew

GANZONILOILO CITY – Vice Mayor Jeffrey Ganzon here has once again tested positive for COVID-19.
Ganzon contracted the disease as this city has been experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases for the past three weeks.
Ganzon and six members of his family – his wife, two children, two grandchildren, and a house helper – are among the more than 1,600 active cases of COVID-19 here that has been under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) since May 23.
The Ganzons live in a compound.
Among his children infected with COVID-19 is Rara Ganzon, who works for the Iloilo Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office. ....
