Fitch has downgraded Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Limited's (SLIC) insurer Financial Strength (IFS) Rating to 'CC', from 'CCC+', and has placed the rating on watch for downgrade due to risk from forex shortages from a broken soft-peg.
