Restaurants' Body Seeks Restoration of Input Tax Credit |
The National Restaurant Association of India has urged the government to restore input tax credit to restaurants while increasing the GST rate to 12 percent from the current 5 percent. They have also called for an equitable and fair e-commerce policy and policy support for the sector in the upcoming Union Budget.
