BACC principal Ray Wheaton honored with Patriot Award
The Daily Reporter When Fran Williams, a Branch Area Careers Center electrical tech instructor, was deployed with the National Guard, he knew his job was waiting upon returning home from the one-year deployment. That's because BACC is on board with a program that values military service — Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), created in 1971 by the Department of Defense.
