Srinagar, March 30: Two terrorists of the proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) — Rayees Ahmad Bhat, a former journalist, and C category terrorist Hilal Ah Rah — were killed in an encounter in the Rainawari area of Srinagar on Wednesday.
