2013. why is that? it is all now being -- it's all positioning for 2012. there are very deep idealogical divides which both sides want to double down with their own constituencies and they believe they have a better shot of winning we election than to have to work together. it's easier to go back to your base and feed them the red meat then it is to have real consensus building. if congress and the president work together, who is that going to help? that's going to help the president very much so in his election against mitt romney, rick perry, whoever they nominate. that's what's in the minds...
