Article content The fairest way to describe Premier Scott Moe’s view of his reopen strategy is “cautious aggression.” It’s an obvious oxymoron, but it does neatly sum up not only Moe’s announcement Tuesday that we should be able to shed our masks and pretty much reopen most everything by July 11, but also the Saskatchewan Party government’s entire approach to ending COVID-19 restrictions for a year now.
