Set up. we have a recall system that statewide officers can be recalled. if you qualify a measure for the ballot, 12.5% of the folks who voted in the last race, so in this case in the governor's race, then the sitting officer, in this case governor newsome, has to get over 50% to stay in office, and the second question which in the california recall case has 46 candidates on the ballot, those candidates only have to defeat each other. and so you definitely could see a candidate, if the recall is successful, winning office with, say, a quarter of the electorate. it's very different than a regul...
