Probably call it our 24 cap program. what we did is we partner with ice. we had people committing crimes in our city. we arrested them if they were not able to prove they were here illegally we detained them. ice came, they interviewed them and they are found to be in our country illegally they were deported. we were called every member of the book we are called racists were told no one was going to want to come live in our city. that fact is when you enforce the laws you create a safer community. you create safe neighborhoods. what we found was again our crime rate dropped. we became the fift...
