Times Record Staff Fort Smith police have arrested Matthew Steward, 26, as a suspect in the shooting Friday morning in which at least seven were injured. Steward was arrested on suspicion of felony first-degree terroristic act, first degree battery and five counts of second-degree battery, according to a Police Department news release. He was allegedly involved in the incident at The Wave, in the 2900 block of Towson Avenue, which police responded to around 4:08 a.m. Friday.
