Lukijoilta: Oppivelvollisuuden laajenemista on valmistelu huolella Sanna Marinin hallitusohjelmassa on koulutuspoliittisesti kolme isoa tavoitetta: oppivelvollisuuden laajentaminen, jatkuvan oppimisen uudistus sekä koulutuspoliittisen selonteon tekeminen. Oppivelvollisuuden laajeneminen tapahtuu 1.8. alkaen, jolloin voimaan tulee uusi oppivelvollisuuslaki. Uudistuksen myötä toisen asteen opinnoista tulee maksuttomia laajennetun oppivelvollisuuden piiriin kuuluville nuorille.
