Apr 30, 2021 COVID-19 cases in Richland County have been on a downward trend over the last two weeks. There have been 163 new cases in the last two weeks, which is the lowest number reported in the last month. Ashland County’s numbers also continue to drop, as they moved out of the Red Level 3 Status on the Public Health Advisory map to the Orange Level 2. There were just 51 cases reported in Ashland County in the last two weeks.
