Reddit is to be valued at $10bn as the social platform is raising $700m in Series F funding to invest in its international expansion.

Audio apps have been adopted by a range of users, including stock traders, content creators and musicians, as the medium is convenient and flexible to interact with others globally.

Clubhouse Android app has over a million downloads on the Google Play store in less than a week since it launched. The Android app was launched over a year later than its iOS counterpart. The move came after the iOS app started seeing a downfall in the number of apps downloads from Apple’s App Store.

Since then, user downloads have decreased month over month, hitting a little over 900,000 in April.
