5 parolees released from Davao prison
Published February 22, 2021, 10:32 AM Five more persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) who had been granted parole have been released from the Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF). In a statement, the DPPF said the PDLs were released last Thursday, February 18. They were part of the eight PDLs who had been issued certificates of discharge from prison.
