City Provides Update On Road Improvement Projects   SAN ANGELO, TX – The City of San Angelo issued an update on the multiple active street projects currently underway Thursday. Millions of dollars have been invested to improve infrastructure in the city. Southwest Blvd. Construction Expected to Take 2.5 Years   SAN ANGELO, TX – Construction on Southwest Blvd. in San Angelo began Monday and is expected to take two and a half years to complete.   As we reported earlier, Reece Albert is the contractor for the project.  Work crews began setting up traffic cones Monday the entire length of the busy street.  The Southwest Boulevard Project consists of two phases: Phase A will begin at Twin Mountain Drive and end at Rockbrook Drive.
