City Set to Spend $5.9 Million Rebuilding Southwest Boulevard   SAN ANGELO, TX — The City of San Angelo is set to award a $5.93 million contract to Reece Albert for the reconstruction of Southwest Blvd. on San Angelo’s southwest side.
