St. Maarten, the Netherlands reach accord THE HAGUE--St. Maarten and the Netherlands signed an accord on Tuesday with regard to the conditions for liquidity support, Dutch State Secretary of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations Raymond Knops announced.
