The NewIBNET, an online platform that allows water and sanitation utilities to track their performances and compare results to peers, is sponsoring a competition: The “Learn in Kigali” initiative. Five utilities who join the NewIBNET will win an opportunity to attend the IWA Water & Development Congress 2023 in Kigali, Rwanda.
