Lawyers representing former Transnet CEO Siyabonga Gama and Gupta alleged fixer Kuben Moodley in their corruption case have lashed at the state for delaying the case against the two men.
The Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court has postponed the matter to 13 July.
Former Transnet CEO Siyabonga Gama and Trillian’s Eric Wood were granted bail of R50,000 and R250,000 respectively by the specialised commercial crimes court in Palm Ridge on Friday.
