Fairfield Memorial Hospital is excited to announce that General Surgeon, Lauren Williams, M.D. will be joining the Medical Staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital on a full-time basis starting in August of 2022. Dr. Williams is a native of Fairfield and received her Medical Degree from Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center. She completed her residency in General Surgery at Rush University System for Health in Chicago where she also served as Chief Resident. The due day for Wayne County Mobile Home Tax Bills is July 1st. Payment may be made in person, by mail, or put in the drop box located on the West Side of the Courthouse. Only 55% of mobile home taxes had been collected as of June 16th. A late fee of $25 will be applied if mobile home taxes are not paid on July 2nd.
