<p><span>MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald have amended Rule 1308 to extend the temporary remote inspection relief for Members to complete their branch office inspections for calendar years 2020 and 2021 to include calendar year 2022 through December 31, 2022.</span></p>
<p><span>MIAX Members are required to send SesM TCP/IP transmissions with complete and valid data to Exchange systems. Intentionally preventing any Ethernet frame, IP packet, TCP packet, and API message from reaching the Exchange’s gateway application or sending valid exchange SesM TCP/IP protocol messages at excessively high rates is not permitted.</span></p>
