Flagler Tiger Bay Club The Flagler Tiger Bay Club Scholarship Committee announced five scholarship winners, totaling more than $20,000. Led by Scholarship Committee Chairman Gary Walsh, committee members evaluated a number of scholarship applications, selecting Flagler Palm Coast High School senior Reilly Maresca, and Matanzas High School seniors Brianna Whitfield, Jessica Slusarz, Hope Singleton and Lovie Haley, based on guidelines established by the organization in 2019. “As an organization, we had developed criteria that would emphasize the mission of Flagler Tiger Bay, so that we would be choosing applicants that showed interest in engaging in community activities and a desire to engage in future studies and careers in the areas of government, law, criminal justice, not for profit work, community service and related areas,” said Walsh. ....
