UPPER HANOVER â An Upper Hanover man who is a police officer with the Hilltown Township Police Department in Bucks County found himself on the other side of the law, accused of possessing child pornography. Matthew Reiss, 47, of the 1000 block of Ziegler Road in the Palm section of Upper Hanover, was arraigned on Tuesday before District Court Judge Albert J. Augustine on ten felony counts of possessing child pornography in connection with alleged incidents that occurred at his home between April and May.
