Work hard, relax hard = better output
Workplaces encouraging employees to engage in activities removed from work is the need of the hour. As is the case with workplaces in most developed countries, taking a vacation is economically beneficial, and seen as so. It also makes for healthier workers. A recharged worker is more productive and innovative.
