Clark-Reliance Corp. of Strongsville gets a new partner to help it grow
Private equity firm Radial Equity Partners in a news release on Tuesday, Nov. 30, announced what it characterized as a 'partnership' with Clark-Reliance, which makes instrumentation and filtration products. Financial terms weren't disclosed. Scott Dysert, a senior adviser at Radial, will serve as non-executive chairman of Clark-Reliance.
