Jammu and Kashmir Police has registered an FIR against former BJP MLC Vikram Randhawa allegedly for hurting the religious sentiments of a particular community.

The court made this observation while quashing an FIR filed in 2019 against four musicians over allegedly insulting the Hindu religion.
