Judge Luann Cooperrider A New Lexington girl was fined court costs. Her license was suspended until she shows her grade card to Judge Cooperrider. She was ordered to attend counseling. She was placed at ALPHA and on intensive probation. A 17-year-old Crooksville boy charged with underage consumption was fined court costs. His license is suspended until age 18 and he was ordered to complete the Choices Program. He was placed on intensive probation and in the Youth and Family Services Program. A 15-year-old Somerset youth was fined $50, court costs and $40 restitution. The youth is now unable to obtain a divers license until all programs and costs are paid and complied with. The youth was ordered to write a letter of apology and complete the Theft Program.
