LE ROY â A Vallance Road man faces DWI and other charges after he drove into another car head-on Friday night, village police said. James A. Centner, 41, was turning from Tops onto West Main Street when he hit another car, injuring the driver. He was charged with DWI and numerous violations, including failure to use designated lane, open container and refusing a breath test. He also may face charges for another minor crash in the Tops parking lot moments before the 7 p.m. head-on crash.
