Hutchinson man arrested for drugs, other felonies after two-county pursuit
A Hutchinson man with a long history of fleeing from police was arrested Wednesday night in Rice County following a pursuit that started in Hutchinson when an officer tried to pull him over. Members of the Hutchinson Police Department’s Repeat Offender Unit were investigating the man, identified as Scott Lee Lutz, 32, for selling illegal narcotics, according to a release from Hutchinson police Capt.
