One person is dead and multiple apartment units' roofs at Belle Rive Club Apartment Homes on Jacksonville's Southside are damaged after a fire broke out Friday.
A fire ripped through an Arlington apartment building Tuesday night, leaving a dozen people without homes, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
