The management of the Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu State, has banned the wearing of shorts by staff and students to work and lectures. The private university owned by the Catholic Diocese of Enugu also said that fixing finger nails, eye lashes, and other artificial materials on the body would no longer be allowed in the university henceforth. The Vice Chancellor of the University, Reverend Father Christian Anieke, announced this on Thursday, while addressing staff and students of the university and its group of institutions.
Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA) has said that it initiated the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) centre in Enugu to facilitate less costly.
