Attorney Asks To Revoke Bond on McDermott
ATLANTIC â Bonds for Atlantic resident Rex McDermott have been increased after Cass County Attorney Vanessa Strazdas asked last week for bonds to be revoked on a number of charges he has in Cass County, reports say. This comes after McDermott was charged in Crawford County on Dec. 12 for Operating While Under the Influence, third offense and driving while barred. A preliminary hearing on those charges is scheduled for this morning, and arraignment on them is scheduled for Jan. 4.
