"The blame will be placed on Russia": the Russian Defense Ministry announced US plans to stage a provocation with chemicals in Ukraine
The United States is preparing a provocation in Ukraine using toxic chemicals, said Igor Kirillov, head of the RCBZ troops. According to the Ministry of Defense, a cargo of chemicals entered the territory of Ukraine, including a substance known under the designation BZ, which causes acute psychosis, disorientation, hallucinations and memory impairment. As Kirillov emphasized, the initiators of the provocation hope that in the conditions of hostilities an effective investigation will be impossible, and the blame will be placed on Russia.
