The NC State men's basketball team will face off against the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday, April 6, in Glendale, Arizona at 6:09 p.m. EST.
NC 16 was partially closed in the area for approximately two hours during the on-scene investigation.
The goal of the walk was to raise money, awareness, and work toward finding a cure.
Officials said no one was on bard and no EMS from any agency were involved in the incident, besides responding to the accident.
"It doesn't happen that often. And you have to take precautions," Anthony Johnson said.
