Authorized by the state house committee to amend it. the original author not happy, telling the daily beast this is one i'm not in full agreement with. in my opinion, there should be a nice red line, drones should not be weaponized, period. the man behind that original bill, representative rick besser with us now. thank you so much for being with us. i was reading that grand forks county sheriff bob ross says he opposed your version of the bill because it required a warrant. he argues that he needs to use the drones for surveillance to obtain that warrant. do you accept or recognize that need?...
