These events give players a nice bit of XP and offers guaranteed enemies to shoot. For a lot of new players, knowing how to turn a public event into a Heroic version is important as there are quests that require Heroic completions. The Bittersweet Biscotti is a treat that you can make in Destiny 2’s Dawning 2020 event. You will be able to give it the Crow. The poor chap could probably use some cheering up, what with nobody really liking him very much. To make this treat, you will need to get some Dark Ether Cane, and some Balanced Flavors. You can get Dark Ether Cane by killing Scorn enemies. To find Scorn, head to the Tangled Shore and you can try the Rift Generator event or the Bay of Drowned Wishes. Both of them will result in plenty of enemies for you to kill and lots of Dark Ether Cane.
