Cold wave prevails in Kashmir valley; Srinagar shivers at -3.4 degrees Celsius
As the cold wave conditions continue to grip the Kashmir Valley, the minimum temperature in Srinagar settled at minus 3.4 degrees Celsius, a drop of half-a-degree from the previous night.
