In 2021, Uttarakhand had reported the highest occupancy rate — at 185.0% — followed by 184.8% in Uttar Pradesh compared to Delhi’s 182.5%; the last time that the capital had reported the highest occupancy rate — at 174.9% compared to 167.9% in Uttar Pradesh and 159% in Uttarakhand — was at the end of 2019.
