Brereton III, South Surry Road, pleaded no contest to failure to file income tax and was fined $500 ($450 of the fine will be held in abeyance as long as he complies with the terms of his non-reporting unsupervised probation). He filed returns for tax years 2014 through 2016 and is ordered to make payments as agreed for 2009 through 2011 and 2014 and 2016.
