Here's the latest on Ohio River flooding in Louisville and impacted roads Ayana Archie, Louisville Courier Journal The National Weather Service has issued advisories in Louisville through the rest of the week due to rising Ohio River levels causing flooding in some areas.  The McAlpine Lock and Dam's upper and lower gauges reached flood stage Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively, and the river is expected to crest there Saturday. Flood stage at the upper gauge is 23 feet.
