　　男，1981年9月出生，致公党员，国网浙江省电力有限公司物资分公司员工。骆佳积极投身公益事业，从2012年开始，连续10年捐助帮扶贵州黎平县贫困学生，先后结对帮扶40多人次黎平县黄冈村小学学生。他把公益作为自己热爱的事业，定期自费赶到黎平黄冈村与孩子们沟通交流，并带给孩子们各种生活用品和图书，每年为结对孩子提供资助。他还牵头组建“留德同学群”为贫困山村办实事，先后筹款30多万元建设起山村饮水净化系统，创立了乡村特色侗族音乐大舞台、山村图书馆，完善山村体育活动器材设施，改善食堂用餐环境。在他的感召和引领下，电力物资公司先后70多名员工加入扶贫志愿公益队伍，资助帮扶贵州黄岗小学留守儿童268多人次。（杭州）
