Judge sides with Seminole in Chris Dorworth River Cross lawsuit
In a blow to developer Chris Dorworth’s controversial River Cross project, a federal judge ruled Friday that Seminole’s rural boundary is not segregative and that commissioners did not violate the Fair Housing Act in 2018 when they unanimously rejected the massive development.
